Q. Do I need to register for this offer before I take my initial Cisco CCIE? Routing and Switching Lab exam?
A. No, you must take your first CCIE lab attempt and then, if needed, request your second attempt as part of the Cisco Lab Safe promotion.

Q. How do I redeem the promotional code?
A. You can redeem the Lab Safe voucher at the CCIE lab registration site on www.cisco.com/go/scheduleccie. Enter the voucher in the payment information “coupon” field. Please note, you can only enter the voucher once.
Q. What if I don’t pass my second attempt?
A. The Cisco Lab Safe promotion applies only to your second lab exam attempt.
Q. What if I failed my CCIE R&S lab exam prior to July 31, 2009?
A. Cisco Lab Safe promotion applies only to CCIE lab exams that were taken between the dates of July 31, 2009 and July 31, 2010. The Cisco Learning Program was updated to align to the recently updated CCIE lab revisions, and anyone who enrolled in the program and took the CCIE lab exam before July 31, 2009 was not trained on the current materials.
Q. What if I participated in my CIERS1 class or other training requirements prior to July 31, 2009?
A. Cisco Lab Safe promotion applies only to training between the dates of July 31, 2009 and July 31, 2010.
Q. What if I participate in or purchase any other Cisco 360 Learning Program?
A. Learners can build a custom Cisco 360 Learning Program. But to participate in the Cisco Lab Safe promotion, learners must meet the minimum Cisco Lab Safe training requirements.
