圖解從Ubuntu 10.10升級(jí)到11.04

1、桌面版
依次點(diǎn)擊“系統(tǒng)”*“管理”*“升級(jí)管理器”啟動(dòng)升級(jí)管理器：

升級(jí)管理器將會(huì)顯示有新的版本(11.04)可用，點(diǎn)擊“升級(jí)”按鈕啟動(dòng)版本升級(jí)：

顯示11.04發(fā)行注記，再次點(diǎn)擊“升級(jí)”：

升級(jí)工具開始下載，開始之前需要輸入密碼：

做升級(jí)準(zhǔn)備：

點(diǎn)擊“開始升級(jí)”：

下載升級(jí)包：

安裝升級(jí)包，這個(gè)過程比較長(zhǎng)，請(qǐng)耐心等待，可以去喝杯咖啡先。

在升級(jí)過程的最后，你應(yīng)該移除廢棄的軟件包：

系統(tǒng)需要重啟以完成升級(jí)，因此請(qǐng)點(diǎn)擊“現(xiàn)在重啟”：

當(dāng)你登錄時(shí)，Ubuntu 11.04將使用默認(rèn)的Unity桌面，需要你的硬件支持3D加速，如果不支持，可以在登錄屏幕選擇“Ubuntu經(jīng)典桌面”：

重啟后，你就可以使用新的Ubuntu 11.04桌面了(因?yàn)槲沂褂玫氖翘摂M機(jī)，系統(tǒng)不支持3D加速，因此在下圖中你看到的是Ubuntu經(jīng)典桌面)：

2、服務(wù)器
首先獲得root權(quán)限：
sudo su
然后運(yùn)行：
apt-get update
安裝update-manager-core軟件包：
apt-get install update-manager-core
打開/etc/update-manager/release-upgrades文件：
vi /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades
確保里面包含了Prompt=normal：
[...] Prompt=normal
然后運(yùn)行：
do-release-upgrade
啟動(dòng)系統(tǒng)升級(jí)。
root@server1:~# do-release-upgrade
Checking for a new ubuntu release

Get:2 Upgrade tool [1307kB]

在升級(jí)期間，有些服務(wù)需要重啟，當(dāng)升級(jí)管理器要求你重啟某個(gè)服務(wù)時(shí)(它會(huì)顯示一個(gè)服務(wù)列表)，你只需要按回車接受即可。
If you see the following message about grub (What do you want to do about modified configuration file grub?), install the package maintainer's version:
如果你在升級(jí)過程末尾看到這樣的消息(你想修改grub配置文件嗎?)，你應(yīng)該移除廢棄的軟件包：

服務(wù)器需要重啟以完成升級(jí)：

重啟后，你的服務(wù)器運(yùn)行的就是Ubuntu 11.04了。
