穩(wěn)定和新奇可兼得，Debian發(fā)行版Parsix 8.0發(fā)布
德國時(shí)間的9月14日，Parsix 項(xiàng)目組非常愉快地宣布了 Parsix GNU/Linux 8.0 版本的發(fā)布，這是 Parsix ***個(gè)基于 Debian Jessie 平臺的版本。
Parsix GNU/Linux 8.0 默認(rèn)搭載了 GNOME 3.16 桌面環(huán)境，具體版本是 GNOME 3.16.3；內(nèi)核使用的版本是 4.1.6，改進(jìn)的安裝器已經(jīng)官方支持 UEFI了。此外，所有的基礎(chǔ)套件都已經(jīng)從 Debian Jessie 的軟件倉庫同步過來了。
先認(rèn)識一下 Parsix 是什么？
Parsix GNU/Linux 是一個(gè)基于 Debian 的發(fā)行版，它可以從光盤Live運(yùn)行也可以從之安裝。它的目標(biāo)是基于 Debian 的測試分支和***穩(wěn)定版本的 GNOME 桌面環(huán)境提供一個(gè)為筆記本電腦優(yōu)化過的操作系統(tǒng)，并且要易于安裝與使用，用戶可以輕松地從 Parsix 的APT軟件倉庫中安裝附加軟件。Parsix GNU/Linux 堅(jiān)持每年發(fā)布兩個(gè)主要版本和四個(gè)次要版本。并且，令人欣賞的是，Parsix 有自己的軟件倉庫和 build 服務(wù)器來構(gòu)建并提供所有必要的更新和 Debian 穩(wěn)定版不具備的新功能。可以說 Parsix 是一個(gè)試圖追求兩全其美的 Debian 衍生版，功能上承襲的是 Debian Testing 分支的***特性，然后在穩(wěn)定性上額外花大量功夫來平衡。
8.0 新版本有些什么新東西呢?
Parsix GNU/Linux 8.0 (項(xiàng)目代號是 Mumble) 除了搭載全新的 GNOME 和內(nèi)核，不少軟件都得到了更新。 比如 LibreOffice 用的是 4.3.3；Debian 的 Firefox 衍生版 GNU Iceweasel 升到了 40.0.3；還有 GParted 0.19.0等等，其中自行打包的 Linux 4.1.6內(nèi)核將 TuxOnIce 3.3 也包含在內(nèi) ，Live DVD 也用 SquashFS 和 XZ 壓縮處理了。

◆美工方面, 基于justviper的 Metal X Shell Theme , Sunset 圖片作者為 Black-Sword-FCl, Faience icon theme 則是來自 tiheum
◆Adobe Flash Player 更新到了 11.2.202.508 版本 (包括32位 和64 位)
nVidia 和 AMD/ATI 獨(dú)立顯卡用戶需要注意：
針對這些用戶，你需要從APT軟件倉庫下載并安裝 nVidia (340.76) 和 ATI/AMD (15.7) 預(yù)編譯好的驅(qū)動(dòng)以及內(nèi)核模塊。如果你正在使用 ATI/AMD 的獨(dú)立顯卡，并且希望能穩(wěn)定地使用 GNOME Shell， 那么你可能不得不需要使用非自由軟件版本的驅(qū)動(dòng)了，而 nVidia 老舊的 173xx 和96xx 系列獨(dú)立顯卡將不再被官方支持，如果你的顯卡是這些型號，那么你***是切換到 Nouveau 的開源驅(qū)動(dòng)。nVidia 304xx 系列獨(dú)立顯卡同樣也因?yàn)槟甏眠h(yuǎn)而變得無法維護(hù)，不過還是有預(yù)編譯好的驅(qū)動(dòng)和內(nèi)核模塊 (340.125) 可以從 APT 軟件倉庫下載，想要了解更多關(guān)于顯卡的信息，請分別查看ATI Drivers Howto 和 Nvidia Drivers HowTo。
虛擬環(huán)境用戶需要注意：
如果你在虛擬環(huán)境的使用過程中遇到了 GNOME Shell 的穩(wěn)定性問題，請嘗試禁用 User-theme 擴(kuò)展。
Parsix 軟件倉庫：
Parsix GNU/Linux 有四個(gè)主要的軟件倉庫。
◆Official：這個(gè)倉庫包含官方直接維護(hù)的套件和相關(guān)項(xiàng)目編譯的套件。
◆Continent：這個(gè)倉庫是 Debian testing 分支軟件倉庫的一個(gè)完整拷貝，但是將其中與 Official 不同的套件用 Official的包來替換。
◆Wonderland：這個(gè)倉庫是 Debian Multimedia 分支軟件倉庫的一個(gè)完整拷貝。
◆Security：所有的安全更新都會上傳到這個(gè)軟件倉庫。

我現(xiàn)在用的就是 Parsix ，如何更新現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)呢？
可以通過apt-get dist-upgrade 來將已經(jīng)安裝過的 Parsix 7.5 升級到 Parsix 8.0，不過請確保你的 7.5 系統(tǒng)是完全更新到了 8.0的。對于更舊的版本，也就是比 7.5 還早的版本，請運(yùn)行在升級模式下運(yùn)行安裝器來做跨版本升級。
