對(duì)于IT業(yè)的許多公司來說，2009年就像核冬天一樣，由于資源的匱乏，他們中的許多不得不掙扎度日。不過，依然有不少公司利用IT技術(shù)大幅提升了公司效率，進(jìn)入到極少數(shù)新的成長(zhǎng)性市場(chǎng)，或者解決了根本性問題從而使公司能夠在市場(chǎng)上堅(jiān)守下來。
對(duì)于本年度InfoWorld評(píng)選出的25名***CTO們來說，在資源不足的情況下迎難而上，是他們共同的特質(zhì)，他們中的一員甚至因此升任至公司的CEO。（編譯/楊東杰）
