Novell has quietly released a public "sneak preview" of its upcoming SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop and Server, version 11, labelled as "RC4". From the product's description page: "SUSELinux Enterprise 11 delivers interoperability and mission-criticalsupport for your complete computing environment - desktop to datacenter, physical and virtual. Get your sneak preview today and see howit can help you reduce cost, complexity and risk." Thedistribution is built on top of openSUSE 11.1, with Linux kernel2.6.27.15, X.Org 7.4, and a choice of desktop environments betweenGNOME 2.24 and KDE 4.1.3.
