本文主要介紹如何建立一個(gè)Domino工作報(bào)告代理。接下來的幾個(gè)話題是，Domino運(yùn)行時(shí)，針對(duì)本主題所出現(xiàn)的一些錯(cuò)誤信息。

話題1：Warning:Agent is performing full text operations on database 'reports.nsf' which isnot full text indexed. This is extremely inefficient (該數(shù)據(jù)庫沒有做過全文件索引)。

話題2：Amgr: Error executing agent 'Daily Report Agent' aaDailyReportAgent' in 'reports.nsf':Not documents found (這是因?yàn)闆]有reports.nsf這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫、或“Daily Report”沒有設(shè)定、或Report代理沒有成功執(zhí)行)。

話題3：Unable to run report, check the Domino MessageTrack Store(沒有指定相關(guān)管理人的Message Tracking權(quán)限)。

如：IT老板想知道昨天或上一周公司郵件服務(wù)器共收到多少郵件？（我們先不要管他為什么要這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)）。

這個(gè)時(shí)候，我們就可以用Domino的reports數(shù)據(jù)庫。通常這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫在安裝好Domino后會(huì)自動(dòng)建立，如果沒有的話，就用模版建立一個(gè)也可以。這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫可以自動(dòng)統(tǒng)計(jì)一些Domino相關(guān)情況。

允許Domino的message tracking：

在服務(wù)器的configurations視圖中，編輯ServerconfigurationsRrouter/mail Message Tracking。Basic中的Message Tracking 設(shè)為[Enable]

Access Settings:中 Allowed to track messages： [請(qǐng)?jiān)谶@里選擇適當(dāng)?shù)墓芾砣藛T并一定要包括當(dāng)然的服務(wù)器]

Allowed to track subjects: [請(qǐng)?jiān)谶@里選擇適當(dāng)?shù)墓芾砣藛T并一定要包括當(dāng)然的服務(wù)器]

建立Report：

打開數(shù)據(jù)庫report.nsf (不要問我如何打開數(shù)據(jù)庫啊)，我們可以在”Scheduled reports”建立新的報(bào)告。

Report type：這里有多種Report類型可供選擇.

Report should be：是設(shè)定報(bào)告方式，這里把Report結(jié)果設(shè)成了保存并發(fā)郵件。

設(shè)定好后，點(diǎn)“Ok”,這樣，我就是可以去Domino的Server Console控制臺(tái)手動(dòng)執(zhí)行 tell amgr run "reports.nsf"  'Daily Report Agent' 。然后再去看reports.nsf這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫,就可以看到相關(guān)的報(bào)告了。

如果出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤/警告提示：Warning:Agent is performing full text operations on database 'reports.nsf' which isnot full text indexed.This is extremely inefficient。這是因?yàn)閿?shù)據(jù)庫沒有全文索引，在數(shù)據(jù)庫上點(diǎn)右鍵手動(dòng)執(zhí)行一次就可以了。
